Contigency Search Approach

D.S. Allen Associates "Contingency" Search Plan will provide your organization with a staffing solution to supplement your Internal recruiting teams' efforts. The Contingency Search Plan is a cost effective solution enabling your organization to maximize all recruiting networks while ensuring that your staffing requirements are met within a specific timeframe. Our firm will designate a D.S. Allen Associates' Project Manager for the duration of the contingency search assignment.

Our Project Manager will select, pre-screen, interview and assist in the negotiation and closure of final candidates. The Project Manager will participate in client meetings and perform personal and business reference checks if required. In addition, the Project Manager will coordinate all candidates submitted for this assignment from other D.S. Allen Associates' offices nationally.

Our professional fee for the contingency search plan is billed as a percentage of the candidates' first year annual compensation.



Retained Search Approach

D.S. Allen Associates recommends the "Retainer" Search Plan for achieving maximum results for executive level assignments, multiple search assignments, or international recruiting. The Retainer Plan will provide your organization with a custom project plan approach and include a designated D.S. Allen Associates' Project Manager for the duration of the search assignment.

Our Project Manager will develop the search strategy with your hiring managers, oversee the research team, select, pre-screen, interview and assist in the negotiation and closure of final candidates. The Project Manager will participate in all client meetings, produce status reports and updates as requested by your management team, provide in-depth written assessments of all final candidates and perform personal and business reference checks. In addition, the Project Manager will coordinate all candidates submitted for the assignment from other D.S. Allen Associates' offices.

Our professional fee for the retained search plan is billed as a retainer for professional services. The first installment is not refundable and due upon the commencement of the search assignment. All candidate and consultant travel expenses will be billed separately.
